By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority applicable to you, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the website.
You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Australian or other applicable laws and regulations.
Any breach of these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our services.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are shown in USD, unless otherwise stated.
We will display applicable prices, taxes and unavoidable or pre-selected fees clearly before you complete your purchase. Any optional charges will be identified before you are required to pay them.
We reserve the right to change prices, discounts, promotions, or product availability at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted except where permitted by law or where an order is cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date payment and billing information.
Payment is charged when your order is confirmed or dispatched, depending on the payment method used and the terms displayed at checkout.
If we identify a genuine pricing, product availability, payment, or other material error affecting an order, we may contact you to correct the error or, where permitted by law, cancel the affected order and provide any refund that is required.
We will not knowingly accept payment for products that we do not intend to supply or cannot supply within the timeframe represented to you or within a reasonable time. Australian Consumer Law places obligations on businesses concerning the supply of products that consumers have paid for. ACCC
5. Orders and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the website or at checkout.
Estimated delivery times, shipping costs, available delivery methods and other shipping conditions are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you, to the extent permitted by law.
If we become aware that an order is likely to be delayed beyond the timeframe represented to you, we will provide appropriate information about the delay and the available options where required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law concerning products that are not supplied within the promised or a reasonable timeframe. ACCC
6. Returns, Change of Mind and Consumer Rights
Change-of-mind returns
Australian Consumer Law does not generally require a business to provide a refund or replacement simply because a customer has changed their mind about an ordinary online purchase. Where a business offers a change-of-mind return policy, the business must follow the conditions of that policy. ACCC
Our change-of-mind return policy:
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases. This includes situations where you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, selected the wrong size or colour, or no longer require the product.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Full details are available in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms, our Returns & Refunds Policy, or any other policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
Australian Consumer Law provides consumer guarantees for eligible purchases. Depending on the circumstances and the nature of a problem with a product, a consumer may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy. ACCC
The conditions that apply to voluntary change-of-mind returns do not limit or replace a customer's rights where a product has failed to comply with an applicable consumer guarantee.
For example, we will not rely on a change-of-mind return deadline, original-packaging requirement, restocking fee, or similar condition to deny a remedy where the customer is exercising a statutory consumer guarantee right. The ACCC has specifically warned Australian retailers against using return policies that incorrectly restrict consumer guarantee rights. ACCC
To request assistance with a return, refund, replacement, repair or other remedy, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and provide your order details and a description of the issue. We may request reasonable evidence of purchase and, where appropriate, information or photographs concerning the product.
7. Consumer Guarantees and Complaints
If a product is defective, damaged, does not match its description, is not of acceptable quality, or otherwise fails to comply with an applicable consumer guarantee, please contact us at info@zentrarest.com with a description of the issue and supporting photographs or videos where appropriate.
Depending on the circumstances and the nature of the problem, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. ACCC
We may need to assess the product before determining the appropriate remedy.
Consumer guarantee rights apply independently of any voluntary warranty or change-of-mind return policy. A warranty or store policy does not replace, reduce or remove rights that apply under Australian Consumer Law. ACCC
If we provide a separate voluntary warranty or warranty against defects, its specific terms will be provided with or alongside the relevant product documentation.
8. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and up to date.
However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, or other content will always be completely error-free or current.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information when necessary.
We will not use this provision to avoid obligations imposed by applicable consumer protection law or to mislead customers about products, prices, availability or their consumer rights.
9. Third-Party Tools and Links
Our website may include links to third-party websites or tools that are not operated or controlled by us.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of third-party services.
Your use of third-party websites or tools is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

- Not interfere with the security, functionality, or operation of the website.
- Not use the website for unlawful purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy, liability or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zentrarest is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products, except to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations where the failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, government actions, significant supply-chain disruptions, or failures of telecommunications or utilities.
This provision does not affect any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
13. Termination
These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by either you or us in accordance with their terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or services if you materially breach these Terms or engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful conduct.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination or any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NEW SOUTH WALES, Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to your purchase.
If you have a concern or dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at info@zentrarest.com so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any rights or remedies available to you under applicable Australian consumer protection law.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable where possible.
If this is not possible, the affected provision will be severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy, constitute the agreement between you and Zentrarest regarding your use of the website and purchase of products, except where additional terms apply to a particular product, service or transaction.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or obligations imposed by applicable law.
17. Changes to These Terms
You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms by posting an updated version on our website.
Changes will apply from the date stated in the updated Terms and will not retrospectively remove rights that have already accrued or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
